Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fuelit iOS application (the “App”), operated by Sutton Automation LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Fuelit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fuelit. You create an account with Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google; Fuelit does not offer password accounts. You are responsible for the security of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, and each person may maintain only one Fuelit account.

You can complete onboarding and preview your first week’s meal plan at no cost. Using the App beyond the preview requires a Fuelit Premium subscription.

We offer two subscription plans:

• Annual — $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial
• Monthly — $9.99 per month, billed immediately with no trial

Prices shown are for the United States storefront; prices in other regions are set by the App Store and may differ. The free trial is available on the annual plan only. If you start a trial, the App reminds you before it ends, and billing begins on day 7 unless you cancel.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time through iOS Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as all billing is processed through the App Store. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Fuelit builds weekly meal plans from a human-reviewed recipe library, matched to the targets and preferences you set. Nutrition values in the App, including estimates produced by AI when you log food by description or photo, are estimates. We do not guarantee their accuracy.

Meal plans, recipes, and nutrition estimates are provided as suggestions only and do not constitute medical, dietary, or health advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have existing health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions beyond what you have entered in the App.

Meal plans and recipes are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Fuelit’s Apple Health integration is optional and read-only: the App reads weight, active energy, and resting energy, and never writes anything to Apple Health. Health data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes and is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how synced health data is stored.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription controls or access premium features without a valid subscription
• Submit false profile data to manipulate the App’s outputs
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Fuelit app, including its design, branding, code, recipe library, and content, is the property of Sutton Automation LLC. Meal plans and recipes are provided to you for personal use and may not be redistributed commercially.

Fuelit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Sutton Automation LLC is not liable for any dietary outcomes, health effects, or consequences arising from the use of meal plans, recipes, or nutrition estimates. Fuelit is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sutton Automation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
